A first person role playing game unearthed by Throwontax:

Hey my good Dazel, do I have an early cataract or do you not speak about the beautiful Bloodwych?
Have you forgotten this wonderful RPG that allowed, long before Hired Guns, a two-player game on one screen?
Have you forgotten its huge gray corridors populated by monsters, merchants, and magic crystals? Its magnificent spells, such as green energy balls that followed the edge of walls and could backfire at you if you miscalculated it's course? It's devilish traps like what we called "retournac" with my brother, which simply made your group turn by 180° (but when all the walls are alike, we do not realize that we just turned around, and this trick has been the bane of many adventurers!).
I hope that this omission will be corrected promptly, or I will not sing your praises over the face of the world again!

Bloodwych is very close to Dungeon Master with a smaller screen and therefore less detailed scenery. However its main strength is its co-op two player mode.
The only question to ask yourself is will you find a friend willing to play this game today. . . .
