Quite a frenetic Boulderdash clone (very hard too!). The critters are numerous and you will need much skill to escape them. Most of the time you need to trick the butterflies into moving over the green amoeba to cause chain explosions; beware of diamonds avalanches!
Advantages: the game is not linear, you are probably going to try a level a hundred times but with a different strategy and the steady action will prevent it from being boring.
Disadvantages: exept a few exceptions, the 80 levels are all similar and the difficulty is not progressive.
In short, if you're looking for a fast action-based Boulderdash-like, Eat Mine is the game for you! However puzzle addicts may prefer Bond Mine or Supaplex.
