Spherical is based on an arcade best seller, Solomon's Key (Tecmo, 1986) : a magician summon and remove bricks to reach different parts of the stage, collect bonuses and solve puzzles. Unlike the arcade game, you do not have to pick up a key to open a door that leads to the next level but to guide a ball into the "inn" square.

I recommend that you try the original version on arcade emulator (Mame), which is, in my opinion, more polished.
