This time, Wily took over an oil platform. He's drilling the earth's crust in search of magma with which he's going to supply his new mechanical monsters.

Then again, only the manual provides a pretence of scenario. You have Wily and his 8 bullies to dispose of and his new right-arm named Punk (a tough one for once). Then, as always, Mega Man wins and Wily escapes (oops, spoiled!).

Spark Man > Snake Man > Gemini Man > Shadow Man > Drill Man > Dust Man > Skull Man > Dive Man
