This time, Mega Man has to deal with a Russian scientist: Dr. Cossack. And guess what? He will face 8 master robots!
We learn later that Cossack was influenced by Wily (the latter having taken his daughter Kalinka hostage). . . .

Mega Man and the Soviets. The routine begins to settle in this 4th episode without much originality. Our hero can now charge his "mega-buster" (press the button for a few seconds and release to shoot a big plasma bastos). In return, the enemies are stronger than before and the difficulty gets increased. Strength of the game: the music is great!

Toad Man > Bright Man > Pharaoh Man > Ring Man > Dust Man > Skull Man > Dive Man > Drill Man
