Meet up with some of the series old characters in a nice racing game!
The piloting is fairly basic. Turns can be taken at full speed but traps of all sorts are spicing up the track: mines, holes, ice blocks, large and small metools wandering in the middle of the road. . . .

You have an arsenal of weapons and various power-ups to outrun your competitors. Each character is associated with a home-track and a car with specific characteristics. After winning a race against a master robot, you take a spare part (engine, bodywork, tires). Thus, before each race, you can customize your vehicle, for example decide to install the Guts Man's engine because it's best on rough terrain, Ice Man's nonslip tires on frozen ground or the Proto Man's car body to gain in aerodynamics and speed . . .
If after having won three times the same track, you get a complete set for your vehicle, the fourth time, you gain your unfortunate competitor's weapon!

In the end of the "grand prix" mode, you will face Wily, then, depending which character you've chosen, you'll watch one of the ten short ending sequences.
A two-player mode is naturally available and playable characters are:
Mega Man, Roll, Proto Man, Bass, Guts Man, Quick Man, Ice Man, Shadow Man, Napalm Man, Spring Man (plus Wily and Duo after fulfilling certain conditions).
