Dying Inside
It is the story of a disillusioned telepath, David Selig.
At nearly forty years, he realizes he is losing his power, a power he sees as both a curse because it made him unsocial, and as a trait inseparable from his person. Without the ability to read people's minds, what will he become?
A short novel, somewhat cynical and full of amusing anecdotes.
