A brick breaker for grandmothers, with oversized bricks and a difficulty level that’s about as low as it gets. The two-player simultaneous mode is interesting, as long as you manage to set the controls in the options by selecting “M1” and “J2”, which, through some obscure metaphysical trickery, causes the cursor to freeze and prevents you from leaving the menu. Oh well…
Since it’s hard to find and the author decided to make the game freeware, I’m offering it as a direct download! To get it running (because it’s also a bit stubborn), emulate an Amiga 500 with Kickstart 1.2. Big thanks to the English Amiga Board for digging it up for us.
An enhanced version was released in 1995, Cybersphere Plus. It seems a bit faster, but requires the installation of Workbench. There’s also a PC-DOS version floating around.
