This is exactly what I was missing! A shooter set in the world of fibroscopy!
You’re placed in a ship, shrunk down, and injected into some guy’s artery to shoot at his blood cells…
This title wasn’t released on the Amiga but on its cousin, the CD32. It’s one of the few games on the console that actually makes use of the CD format. This is reflected in the impressive precalculated 3D environments and a long, cheesy filmed intro (kitsch, or I don’t know what is).
However, after the first few seconds of fascination, driven by both the technical achievement and the weird, drug-fuelled imagination of the developers, you quickly realise what’s really behind it: a bland and irritating game. The soundtrack is just as uninspiring.
