The first Amiga clone of Nibbler (arcade, 1982), as far as I know. Help the worm trapped in a maze gobble up all the treats without biting its own tail—keeping in mind that the more it eats, the bigger it gets.
It features 60 levels, but no passwords. The visuals are basic, the animation jerky, and the difficulty heavily influenced by the speed of your Amiga (or emulator).
