A window cleaning game! The quirky concept caught my interest, and when I saw the developer’s name (reLINE, creator of the vile Clever and Smart), I expected the worst…
Needless to say, I wasn’t disappointed!
After a few minutes, Willy, the window cleaner, is launched into space, with his cabin, for a bonus level in the shape of a pseudo-shooting game (rubbish).
In short, it’s nonsense.
Hold the joystick button while moving it left to right when you’re in front of a window. The “Space” key (or up or down button, depending on the version) is used to switch cleaning products. I didn’t understand the purpose of this feature, nor why the controls occasionally stop responding. I also couldn’t get the cracked version to run properly on an emulator. The original version requires a code before the second level, which I couldn’t find. If anyone has a solution… Though…
Its source of inspiration might be Crazy Climber (arcade, 1980).
