Dr. Wily has stolen a time machine, and Mega Man sets off in hot pursuit.
Don’t bother looking for a deep storyline here – the plot is summed up in ten lines in the manual, and that’s about it.
Mega Man now knows how to slide and gets help from Rush in three forms: Coil for higher jumps, Jet for flying, and Marine for underwater travel (just like on the NES). The new boss is called Quint, and he’s armed with a jackhammer (Sakugarne)!
