The title likely references Level 2 of Ghosts ‘n’ Goblins (arcade, 1985).
According to YouTuber Guru Larry, this clunky knockoff was pitched to Capcom as a potential sequel to Ghosts ‘n’ Goblins, but it was rejected.
From that point on, it seems the developers may not have even bothered to finish the game. It only boasts three short levels, and of those, only the first shows any real creativity.
The music is great, but sadly, that’s about the only thing worth remembering.
