The simplest games are often the most fun. In this title, two players face off in frantic aerial battles aboard old World War I biplanes. The controls are perfect, and even if you spend most of your time crashing, the speed at which you get back in the air ensures you don’t get frustrated.

Various little things can be shot at or bombed to boost your score (zeppelins, submarines, anti-aircraft batteries).

Be warned, no “one-player” mode here.

Two similar games exist on the Amiga, also from the public domain: Biplane Duel (1989) and its sequel, Salmon-Pink Max (1990).
