The Amiga adaptation of an Apple II game released in 1987. Take control of an American F6F Hellcat during the Pacific War.
Drop bombs, missiles, or torpedoes to destroy buildings, send enemy soldiers dancing, or sink their aircraft carrier (or your own, if you like).
A game that appears simple but requires quite a bit of practice to master. However, it quickly becomes repetitive. A two-player mode wouldn’t have gone amiss.
Practical tip of the day: To land, face into the wind (head left) and press “Up” as you pass one of the four small arches at the far right of the runway.
