A bland clone of Zaxxon (arcade, 1982), the first shooter presented in isometric (or axonometric) 3D, giving players the delightful opportunity to steer their ship across two axes—and promptly crash into the scenery while trying to dodge enemy fire.
The first level is tolerable. The problem is, nothing changes after that. You control a tank in level 2 instead of a plane, but then it’s back to shooting the same five or six enemy types, with no bosses in sight. There are secondary weapons, but I only managed to activate them by accident. The most aggravating part? Having to wait a good 20 seconds after losing a life before regaining control of your ship. To top it all off, the same levels loop endlessly. Forever.
