A cheap adaptation of a classic on the Commodore 64 (1988).
You navigate through horizontally scrolling levels in both directions (but limited in height to the screen’s display, minus a third, taken up by the “status bar”). The idea is to wander left and right (literally), shooting everything that moves, while searching for four keys that seem to pop up anywhere, at any time. To know which direction to look in, observe the eyes of the two birds at the top of the screen…
Press “F1” to “F4” to change weapons.
The Commodore 64 version got by thanks to an energetic soundtrack. On the Amiga, the “musical” composition is one of the most soul-crushing things I’ve ever had the misfortune of hearing. Depressing.
