Me, afraid of caterpillars.
This is a clone of Rastan (arcade, 1987), relatively well-presented but suffering from the usual clunky controls. Bash stuff, collect items, jump, bash, bash. I like bashing, it doesn’t bother me. I just wish I could do it faster, and actually hit my targets, especially those at ground level.
You’ll get to wield four different weapons (axe, sword, club, flail) but the difference is hardly noticeable (keep the flail!). Add in a few typical power-ups, potions that grant you limited magical projectiles, and you’ll have seen it all in an hour or two.
Press “Down” while jumping to pass under a bridge. Press “M” and wait a few seconds to toggle between music and sound effects (it’s rather sad!).
I’d advise against the cracked version by Genesis and Angel, which seems to generate screeching sounds when the music is active.
